PROTOCOL
TO AMEND THE 1949 CONVENTION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN |
This
protocol, approved by the 63rd Meeting of the IATTC in June 1999,
amends the 1949 Convention to allow regional economic integration organizations
(REIOs) to become Parties to the IATTC. It was opened for signature in Guayaquil
at the conclusion of that meeting and remains open for signature at Washington,
D.C. (USA).
Entry
into force of the Protocol requires ratification, acceptance, approval or
accession by all Parties to the Convention.
